Just released v0.52 of the stack. Someone found that the simulator is almost unusable on Linux. I had imagined that if it worked on Cygwin, it would work on Linux however I seemed to have been dreaming this utopia. The reality is that there are significant behavioral differences between Cygwin and Linux, so the stack and sim needed to be modified to work on both systems.

Thanks to Jedrzej Solecki who pointed it out and also did a lot of work to get the simulator running on Linux. He had the dubious task of making me get off my ass and install VMWare and Ubuntu so that I could see for myself how bad it was on Linux. I was horrified.

The simulator and stack is now tested and working on both Cygwin and Linux. Most of the fixes were contributed by Jedrzej and I was pretty much the Tonto to his Lone Ranger. Thanks a lot!
