Yaa-Taa is a Japanese expression for excitement. You hear it a lot in anime, which is probably where I picked it up.

Anyways, I just finished multiple 10kB file transfers over four Zigbee router hops in my simulator and the remote files were identical to the originals. It looks like my data transfers are pretty solid now. One step closer to getting this bad boy out...

Now since its a Sunday, I'm going to have a glass or three of wine and watch some anime.

Cheers...

Well done! Hopefully you get your code all finished. I am following your blogs for a few months now and it's getting more interesting every day.

Did you write the simulator yourself as well?

Thanks! Yeah, I wrote the simulator myself because I just needed something simple to test out the routing. It implements each node as a separate process so when they communicate, it is a bit similar to real independent nodes. The code is actually pretty simple and only about three files, but it's a pain to debug since it's a multi-process and multi-threaded program. When weird things pop up, I need to start thinking really had.
