Where can I get code in c or c++ for AES-CCM security defined by 802.15.4-2003 for MAC. Can I use this code actually made for 802.16: http://www.deadhat.com/wmancrypto/ieee_dot16_ccm_0.2.c with minimal changes

I believe you have to write it yourself. Most implementations will be hardware specific because of hardware encryption engines and thus not portable between different radios. Not sure about using it for 802.16.
