What shipping options are available?

We use the following shipping services:

Express Mail Service (EMS)

EMS is the Japanese express mail service and is the equivalent of FedEx in Japan. It’s the quickest way to send a package internationally, however does not ship to every country. A tracking number is also provided via email.

The tracking number can be used to track the package from here: EMS Tracking.

Japan Post Airmail

Japan Post’s airmail service has a small package option which is the cheapest way to send packages up to 2kg internationally. It takes roughly twice as long as the EMS shipping option and no tracking number is provided. However ship times are usually in the range of one week and if that is tolerable, it’s a good choice for shipping.

For domestic service for orders within Japan called Yu-Pack.

For urgent orders, please contact us, and we can ship via UPS, however this is generally much more expensive.
